How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days within Dhaka and 5–10 days for other regions.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders over ৳3000 qualify for free shipping.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Products & Filaments
What diameter filaments do you stock?
We stock both 1.75mm and 2.85mm filaments across all our brands.
Are your filaments compatible with my printer?
Our filaments are compatible with most FDM/FFF printers. Check the product specs for temperature ranges.
What is the shelf life of filament?
Stored in a sealed, dry environment, filament can last 1–2 years. We recommend using desiccant packs.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unopened products in original packaging.
How do I initiate a return?

What payment methods do you accept?
Currently we accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Online payment options are coming soon.
